What is ESN Bari?

"Erasmus Student Bari" is a non-profit student association that joined the ESN International network in February 2009 (it was approved during the National Platform in Teramo). Every year we welcome around 500 foreign students. In Bari, as in the rest of Europe, the local section, ESN Bari, operates according to the principle of "Students helping students", with the aim of helping "exchange students" to get the best out of their study abroad experience and provides support to both outgoing and incoming students.

ESN Bari members are mostly students who have already had an international exchange experience and want to put their knowledge at the disposal of new international students. Among the volunteers there are also students who are about to have an international exchange experience and who, through the association's activities, can acquire useful skills to face the university or internship experience abroad.

The activity carried out by ESN Bari over the years has seen the realization of numerous projects created out of love for the city of Bari and love for others, a value that is at the basis of the voluntary work carried out by the Erasmus Bari Association. ESN Bari offers Bari citizens and Erasmus students a multitude of events and activities to participate in. Allowing on the one hand Erasmus students to get active in the areas that interest them most, thus making their stay in Bari more meaningful. And allowing on the other hand the citizens of Bari to get to know and interact with the more than 500 'incoming' students, in a broader framework of exchange and mutual growth.
